error message: No. of dials do not support meter reading xxxxxx.x

When we load the interval data, the IDOC is in 51 status and a BPEM case was generated with above error.  How to fix it?

Hi,

This could possibly be because the number of characters in the meter reading received is more than the number of pre decimal places that the register can read.

You can verify this by looking at the meter reading and also checking the number of pre decimal places of the register of your meter. (T code: EG06).
