BP not replicating from crm to isu

Dear Experts,

we are implementing isu-crm scenario. bp are perfectly replicating from isu to crm but from crm to isu we get an error in smq1 status sysfail "crm_bupa_main_inbound_md" not found however we have maintained the entries as per the cookbook in table crm_but_call_fu with indicator set.

We have also maintained pide settings but also faced an error that, customer created from crm gets updated in KNA1 table in ecc but not in but000

hence we do not found any bp in transaction fpp1 in isu

Kindly suggest.

Hi,

Kindly check some of the Settings below, this might help you let me know if the problem is still there. And also what error msg you are getting in BDoc processing.

A) Use Transaction 'PIDE' to check the assignment of business partner classification to the account group of the SD customer.

The defined account groups of the SD customer in your IS-U system must also be known in your CRM system. Check whether entries exist in the tables 'CRMC_T077D' or 'CRMC_T077T' (CRM system).

B) Is the middleware switched on as an application? Check the Customizing table 'TBE11' ('BC-MID' deactivated?).

C) A change to the CRM business partner does not result in a change to the SD customer.

D) Use Transaction 'VOPA' to check the allowed partner roles of the SD customer.

In the BDoc overview, the system generates the error 00 055 ('Fill all required entry fields').

The following fields belong to the required entry fields of the SD customer. Fill these fields in the CRM business partner:

a) Correspondence language

b) Name fields

c) Address fields

d) Transportation zone

e) Tax number

f) If the business partner category is 'organization', a VAT number must be specified in the CRM business partner.

g) If the business partner category is 'person', the indicator 'natural person' must be set in the CRM business partner.
