Hi Expert,
Iam back with one more query.
I have CT as 200/5 and PT as 2.4/1 with these value Transportation ratio would be ct * pt i.e 96.
Can some one help me what would be billing ratio using these values and how it get calculated.
I will be very thankful if someone explain it in detail with formula.
Thanks
Veer

Hi,
Billing Ratio = Transformer Factor / Transformation Ratio
E.g.,
Transformation ratio = Meter (Prim Curr/ Sec Curr) * Prim Volt/ Sec Volt)
Primary Volt = 11000
Secondary Volt = 110
Primary Curr = 50
Secondary = 5
Transformation Ratio = (50/5) * (11000/110)
Transformer factor = (Prim Curr/ Sec Curr) * Prim Volt/ Sec Volt)
Primary Volt = 11000
Secondary Volt = 110
Primary Curr = 150
Secondary Curr = 5
Thus Transformer Factor = (150/5) * (11000/110)
Billing Ratio = (150/5) * (11000/110) / (50/5) * (11000/110)
= 3
Thanks

Hi Veer,
The formula for billing ratio is as follows:
Billing Ratio = (PT/CT Ratio) / Transformation Ratio.
Transformation ratio is picked up from the device category or register level.
The PT/CT ratio is picked up from the winding group.

Hi,
Billing Ratio = Transformer Factor / Transformation Ratio

Secondary Curr = 5
Thus Transformer Factor = (150/5) * (11000/110)
Billing Ratio = (150/5) * (11000/110) / (50/5) * (11000/110)
= 3
