Billing line are not appearing from billing doc vieuw

Hi Expert,

When display a billing doc , I click on th Doc.Overview tab in order to display billinbg doc lines.

But no billing lines are shown, the tab is empty.

I'have checked if filters are set but I could not find how to solve this.

Can anybody know how to solve this ?

Hi

Check if any of the below missing. It should resolve this issue.

  1. Rate determination is done for all required line item charges.
  2. Check if configured rate determination is displaying in respective Installations>billing period>rates.
  3. If 'Z' Line item types are configured, check if they are coded in Bill print program or maintained in Bill print items Ztable to display.
  4. Check if required line item types for bill display are checked for 'Posting (P)' in Rates/Schema.

Hi Thierno,

Can you check the "Manage Layout" under the Document Overview tab in the billing document.

It may happen that the default layout is selected in such away that no line items are displayed.
