Billing during disconnection period

Hi All

How customer is billed during disconnection period,

E.G customer wants a tempreory disconnecetion for some period so how to bill that customer for that period.

Hi,

In the disconnection document you have the option to (or not to) suspend budget billing during disconnection.

So, a possible solution would be to allow budget billing during disconnection and sent the customer partial bills each month (or other period).

Incase budget billing is not applicable for a customer then how the billing during time of disconnection is processed.

Since there's no device, the normal meter reading to billing process is out of the question...

Have you considered using an installation fact to bill a fixed rate during disconnection?
