Bill pdf extraction

Hi I work in utility industry.

We are looking at extracting all our bill pdf's out of sap into a new system.

What is the best way to do it.

We send a file to a 3rd party vendor and they handle the billing PDFs, which is nice as this third party vendor also offers API integration
