BC Sets activation error through IDEX transactions

Greetings one and all,

Is there any one who has knowledge or experience regarding /ISIDEX/TECDE_B...... error?

I am trying to make a full process in our test system but somehow, when i hit some known IDEX transactions in the search field it takes me to the attached screen (Program name: SAPSCPR7) in order to activate the BC.

If you know how to handle or to get over this issue, please let me know the steps.

I found the way to get over this issue

without being installed the component, i tried to activate them ^^
