Archive Print Documents

Hi

I am trying to archive print documents for the first time in our system. Rention period is passed for these documents.

When I am running the Print Document Line Item Archiving write job it is coming back with no data. I checked these documents are printed no other event is implemented to stop these documents from getting archived.

Below what I have in the spool at the completion of the job.

Any suggesion? I know I am missing some small thing but not sure what?

Hi ,

         For print documents to be archived , there is a check that the print date should not be blank and print document line items should be archived before print document headers ,also  in the pre-processing run the line items should have set the  archiving indicator to " 1" (print documents can be archived ) , please check if the case is so.

hi,

Can you check if the date used in selection satisfies the criteria specified in configs for archiving like retention period?
