Alternative Dunning Recipient

Hi gurus,

Is there any event that will allow me to determine an Alternative Dunning Recipient? For example to overwrite the one indicated in the contract account level?

Check event 770.You can use this event for your requirement.

I tried with the event that you mentioned, but that is not reflected in the correspondence history.

Have you use before the correspondence activities to modify the recipient?

Hi,

         I think you can use the  Alt/Add recip. field which is at CA level in Dunning/correspondence TAB. in correspondence to other partners for correspondence type 0003 in the correspondence .receip you can specify alternate Business partner .
