1.Could any one explain the business scenario of Agrd. Payment amounts.

Are you talking about Standing Orders?

If yes, you can create them manually using FP05 and automatically using FPB3.

Kenstar,

When customer either informs the Banker or sets Scheduled payments via Internet in his Bank Account amounts to Standing order.

Guess you are not looking for SO but Agreed Payment Amounts :(... sorry for my earlier mixup..

If BP agrees to pay in a Currency different to the Currency of OI. Say your OI is in GBP where as the Customer agreed to pay in EURO.

2.How it is done?

Via FPVZ.
