Adjustment Reversal

Hello,

I need to adjust an old consumption that was already billed. My problem is that, because I already used adjustment reversal to adjust this consumption, the system gives me an error when I try to use EA21 this time.

What is the way to do adjustment reversal after adjustment reversal? How to adjust a meter reading many times after invoicing?

You may be required to Reverse the Adjustment Reversal.
