Additional periodic MR schedule record is not permitted in an MR unit

Diagnosis*

You have attempted to enter an additional periodic meter reading schedule record for the meter reading unit. This is not permitted, since only periodic meter reading datasets that match the corresponding portion are allowed.

Procedure

Enter a different meter reading reason, or delete the entry.

*After I enter a different meter reading reason, I got below error

*Date 07/01/2011 must be between 12/02/2006 and 12/01/2007.

How to fix this error?
