Adding columns to collection worklist

Is it possible to add columns to the worklist in FCC?

Yes it is.  Do you have an experienced CRM resource?  This is basic webclient technology.  The exact details would depend on the type of field and where it comes from.

What about adding columns to FPWLM in the current distribution tab?

I couldnt find an event related to it.

I do not believe that there is a standard way to enhance the FPWLM display.
