Activation of IS-U water settings in ECC6.0

Hello friends,

I have to load one ECC6.0 server with IS-U for water.

This is required as one Water and Sevarage company is undergoing SAP Impementation.

I believe ECC6.0 comes with IS-U the only thing is that it needs to be activated after installation.

Could anybody please let me know the steps to activate Industry Specific Utilities for water in ECC6.0 server?

Hi Sandeep,

The SAP Utilities industry extension corresponds to the earlier IS-U/CCS add-on and forms part of the IS-UT software component as of ECC 6.0.

Check SAP Note 881842 for release strategy for SAP Utilities for ECC 6.0

Hi Muralidhara,

I ahve gonethrough that document..it describes what could be done from which ISU utility but it doesn't say anything about how to activate it.

Please let me know if there are any SAP note for activating it.
