What a pleasure it was to be a part of the International Utilities Conference in Lisbon this year! The tremendous value my team and I were able to take away from the very well hosted SAP event, starting right from the workshops on Tuesday to the very last hour of the event on Thursday, has strengthened my company's further partnership within SAP utilities.
As the event was organized very well, COO of Natuvion, Kolja Hanke, was able to successfully present his demo on Data Discovery and Identification.
The presentation stirred lots of curiosity about Natuvion’s portfolio. The second presentation, I noticed, also raised many interests, focused on Real-time Customer Service Reporting with Senior Principal Consultant, Florian Schluefter and Stefan Lysenko from E.ON as a guest representative.
With full audiences and many questions raised about the company's products, Natuvion, as well as many other partners of SAP, were able to walk away with many valuable contacts and new ideas that help continue to drive innovation and customer engagement forward.
To top the first day off, the evening event was hosted at the beautiful location, Convento de Beato. The historic, fifteenth century building was a perfect location to bring the partners and customers of the event closer together. With a great meal with a Portuguese flare and a band that filled the dance floor, there could not have possibly been a better way to bring day one of the International Utilities Conference to a close.
As day two came around, the atmosphere was lightened from the previous night’s entertainment. More scheduled meetings took place and workshops with final closing keynotes to end the last day.
As the team and I made it back home to the German headquarters, discussions and new ideas were shared through our excitement for next year's event and how much we are already looking forward to it!
Thank you SAP & T.A.Cook for such a great event that enables everyone to get together in such a great atmosphere!
