Dear Utilities Community,
We have expanded our SAP for Energy & Utilities Espresso Session, which are half-hour information sessions, to include further topics. Recently, we provided information about our Utilities Roadmap.
In this session, Holger Schweinfurth and Jelisaveta Nikolic provided an overview of the utilities roadmap and customer collaboration. They covered topics such as influencing the SAP standard roadmap, utilities roadmap, customer engagement, beta testing, early adopter care, and continuous influence. Get insights on planned investment areas in utilities, including asset management, customer experience, regulatory requirements, and energy transition and sustainability.
The next Espresso session is scheduled for June 27, 4pm CET and covers the SAP Oil, Gas, and Energy Roadmap and Customer Collaboration.
