How to Update Zip-codes using Service Order(SO) numbers in S4.

Hi Sapiens,

This Blog talks about How to Update Zip-codes using Service Order(SO) numbers in S4.

In-order to update Zip-codes using Service orders we need to find the premise ID’s for the SO’s. Let me show to how to fins premise Id’s first and later we can update the Zip-codes.

Below are the steps that we need to follow to do the process:

1. Login into S4 ISU and enter T-code ES32 which is for installation.

2.After you get the above screen, press Ctrl+F You will get the below screen

3.Once you get the above screen go to 3rd Tab Other search criteria and give the SO number and click on continue.

4. Once you click on continue you will get the premise number

5. Copy the premise number. Now do the premise Replication from S4 to C4.

6. Go to ES62 Premise T-code to get the connection object details/number.

7. Copy the Connection object details and Go to T-code ZDV_TMD_REPL and give Connection Object details and execute.

8. Now you will get the window saying Job has been executed successfully.

9. Go to C4 and see if the Zip-Codes has been updated successfully in C4.
