Hi I am an Business Analyst along with working in Business Objects developing reports.

Telecommunication is new domain as previously I worked with retail.

I need the KPI document in Telecommunication I am working for one of the Client whose presence is in Europe.

Please provide some ppt with logic .

For eg there is kpi Push sales and that can be calucated across area wise and so on

but I belive that every market in every country has it's own specific key factors that are more important than others...

You should consult with your customer what performance indicator they found the most useful.
