I'm having following scenario, our subsidiary in US place a third party order (SD), which automatic create a PR, this PR has to be handled by the HQ. Therefore they will convert this PR into purchase orders. However they also handle replenish of the local DC in Europe and for these articles we have a MOQ, so in total we need to fulfill the MOQ.
This means that we might have a scenario as below and want to include our TPO's into our calculation of the stock order
MOQ = 200 PCS
Third party order (TPO)1
PR1 - Article A - 30 PCS
Third party order (TPO)2
PR2 - Article A - 40 PCS
Stock order 1
PR3 - Article A - 100 PCS
PO Created
PO1 (From TPO1)
Line 1 - 30 PCS (NO Update Due to MOQ - 200 PCS)
PO2 (From TPO2)
Line 1 - 40 PCS (No update Due to MOQ - 200 PCS)
PO3 (From Stock replenishment)
Line 1 - 130 PCS (Update due to MOQ - 200 PCS)
Total PO qty = 100, but the stock order needs to be updated due to the MOQ (PO1+PO2+PO3=new qty for PO3(Incl MOQ))
this means that the the PO3 need to be update to 130 PCS
Can anyone suggest a way to handle this.
