Hi PSS,
Allocation Table is a planning tool used by a purchasing organization to allocate stocks of a material among plants at specific periods.
Allocation tables can be made based on certain Allocation Rules, which allows you to process allocation tables with a high degree of automation and standardization. The allocation rule defines the ratio by which the stock is to be split among the sites or site groups contained within the allocation rule. If an allocation rule is not used, a site group can be entered in the allocation table instead. The stock will then be split equally among the sites entered in the site group
Steps are given below:
a) Create Site Group WB50
b) Select 030 Site Grouping
c) Enter a Class Name in Class and Save
d) Maintain Assignment to Class Sites in a Class WB56
e) Select again 030 ( Site Grouping)
f) Enter yr Class Name created earlier

Hi,
The Allocation Retail is a tool used to plan, coordinate and monitor the supply of merchandise to sites (stores or distribution centers).
Allocation should be used in PUSH scenarios in Retail business.
For creation of allocation, refer other reply.
