Hi Experts,

Is there any way to find out IDOC number from Bonus Buy.

I have a list of Bonus Buy's and need to find out the respective IDOC numbers associated with each Bonus Buy's.

Tried using EDID4 but Appl.data - SDATA is greyed out to give the input parameter.

WE09 also didn't worked out.

Hi Nikhil,

Let's give a try to use WE10, where you can search for the business content (adding segment, field, and value for that).

So ideally the Idoc containing the speicific BBY coudl be found.

I have tried the this and unfortunately no luck for the same as well.Before i have managed to find the IDOCS in WE09 based on the records created . But for bonus Buy i am not sure ,its not giving any data either in WE09 and WE10. Is this is because i am using a custom segment ??

Hi Nikhil,

I assume you have entered your custom segment with the necessary field on the screen, not just copied my screenshot.

If this is the case, I am not sure what might be reason, but I would first try to verify the functionality itself.
I mean, let's choose first an IDoc containing your custom segment with BBY, then try to find this 100% existing IDoc with the WE10. If you are able to find it, then it should work for that specific too, which you are looking for (except if it has been deleted meanwhile). If you are absolutely unable to find out how to find your existing IDoc, then I would debug it, have no further idea.

Did you tried WLF_IDOC. Basically it should do same thing as WE09 or WE10.

I checked in my system and it worked using same criteria as mentioned by Andras.

Hi Andras and Vibhor,

I also remember finding out IDOC from values through WE09, but was not sure about anything different for Bonus Buy's . But Andras has clarified it works similar for Bonus buy as well. For the following selection I couldn't able to find out the values - May be as you have told it is deleted.

I processed a new Bonus Buy and was able to find out based on the selections as you have mentioned.

WLF_IDOC was an additional knowledge (Thanks Vibhor for that).
