Bonus Buy: Total minimum value on particular article group instead of receipt value

Hello All,

There is a requirement from the customer, where they want to give some discount based on minimum value spend in particular article group.

Currently system have provision to give discount once total bill values reaches some amount not for group.

For eg.

Buy group of articles from Article Group 'X' and if amount spend in buying articles from 'X' reaches Rs 3000 get one article free.

Can anyone tell me how can I map it into SAP system.

Hi Rahul,

If you are using new bonus buy feature, then maintain following data to create this promotion.

On Buy Side,

In column Line Item Type, select Article Grouping

Maintain the desire article grouping in Line Item Identifier column

The prerequisite quantity as 1

Set the Minimum value field as 3000.00 (referring your given example)

and on Get side,

In column Line Item Type, select the Article

Maintain your free article in Line Item Identifier column

Select Total Discount check box

Select discount type as % and maintain 100% discount value for free product

With this you will be able to maintain the desire promotion.

In the new bonus buy screen, you have a documentation available for so many examples which you can explore for further scenarios.

Hi Amit,

I´m trying to create the same scenario that Rahul, in SAP Retail, but I can´t find the minimum value field. I'm doing the process throw promotions module, but the screen is the same as standard SD t-code VKB1.

Can you please point out the location of the field, our the requirements for it's appearence on the screen?

Hi Filipa,

This functionality is only present in new bonus buy functionality and not in old bonus buy using transaction VKB1.

You need to upgrade to new functionality to use this functionality in SAP.
