Article xxx does not exist in site xxxx even after Valid MARC entry

Hi, I have issue where even after listing the article thru Tcode WSP4 and after that having a valid MARC and WLK1 entry, Sales order is throwing error as Article xxx does not exist in site xxxx. Can someone tell me where is the error and posiible solution

I am able to add the article in the sales order after few hours but not immediately after listing and creating a successful MARC entry.

If you only have to wait until you can process the data further then I guess this is a data base or application server problem.

If it happens all the time then it is probably easy for your basis guys to analyze the situation together with you.

please check the listing validity dates and dates in sales order screen
