Use of RFDLKBLE

Dear All,

our customer wants to use the standard SAP program RFDLKBLE to correct some wrong totals. They tested the report and got the correct results. Does anyone have any experience with this report?

I ask this because we, off course, don't want to create any inconsistencies and:

  1. we can't find any official documentation of the report.
  2. standard the report doesn't do anything because the code is programmed in a way that it exits the report unless you change the value of a certain field.

Regards,

Niels

Hi,

If you have incorrect totals for KBLE, I'd suggest you first execute RFFMRC20 and RFFMREPO. If this doesn't help, then use RFDLKBLE as ultima ratio.

Eli

Thank you for the quick response Eli. I suggested the customer to try RFFMRC20 and RFFMREPO first, as you suggested.

...and? It didn't work?

RFDLKBLE will simply delete the data from the tables; there is no reconstruction process here. Technically speaking, you can do the same by simple going into the table and deleting the line.

Again, though not a fan of 'unconventional' intervention in the system, I see no wrong in doing so, if:

a) there is full understanding of the actions applied

b) tests are duly performed

c) results are satisfactory

I don't know if it worked. After the weekend it will be tested. I will let you know the results
