Hi All,
We have a requirement for updating commitment postings(Fund and CO) only when a PO is approved. To meet this requirement, we implemented BADI ME_COMMTMNT_PO_REL_C. However, We are facing below issue when PO is amended with new value or new line.
1. PO (line item 10)created for $1000 - No Commitment Update
2. PO (line item 10)approved $1000 - Commitment Update(for Fund & CO)
3. User updates PO again with new line(line item 20) for $2000 - The entire commitment becomes zero again. We are expecting the $1000 commitment should exist for line item 10.
4. If PO is approved after step 3 - Commitment is updated with $3000 and If rejected, the entire commitment becomes zero (Which is again incorrect)
Also, Please let us know how to reduce the commitment value, If a PO is rejected (We do not want to keep a deletion or block indicator on the line item)
