Dear All,
I need to track budget on Superior Fund Centre & underneath Fund Centres attached to that Superior Fund Centre.
Like I have created one Superior Fund Centre as OPERATIONS underwhich 2 Fund Centres as Production & Quality created.
So Superior Fund Centre given budget as 10 lacs and the below 2 Fund Centres as 5 & 5 Lacs.
So the below Fund Centres budget should not exceed the Superior Fund Centre budget. That Check needs to be maintain in BCS.
Is their any provision in standard format.
Regards
Raj

Hi,
Why do you need to give a budget to superior fund centre at all? If it just for reporting, then you do not need it.

Hi,
Do you have EHP4? If you do, you can use budget distribution (with multi-level budget structure) to accomplish it. Here is the documentation:

Hi Raj, you can use the AVC functionality of AVC Control Objects, look at customizing activity:
Public Sector Management -> Funds Management Government -> Budget Control System (BCS) -> Availability Control -> Settings for Availability Control Ledger -> Define Derivation Strategy for Control Objects. There is a standard template that you can use as an example.
Or you can use the Cover Pools functionality, look at customizing activities under:
Public Sector Management -> Funds Management Government -> Budget Control System (BCS) -> Budgeting -> Control Budgeting Flow -> Cover Eligibility
