Hello all,

Start and end date of WBS: WBSu2019s have a start and end date. However, it is still possible to post to the WBSu2019s outside the specified dates. Please tell me how to prevent this.

Hi,

Project and WBS dates are for planning purpose. They do not control the actual postings. It is the WBS Status that controls whether transactions can or can not be posted to it.

Hi,

As mentioned by Ming, these dates are not supposed to prevent FI postings by SAP standard. However, you can create a validation in CO (OKC7) by putting as prerequisites your dates from PRPS structure and blocking the posting accordingly.
