Spool not created from Txn FPCH1 (Print Online Check)

Hi Gurus,

In our current project, we are using the transaction FPCH1 to pint online checks.

The transaction upon execution throws a success message "correspondence(1) generated". However we are not able to see any Spool ID in SP01.

The team is stuck with this critical problem for the last 3 weeks because of lack of knowledge in PSCD system.

Could anyone of you direct me in the right direction.

Hi ,

First of all which is the smartform that you are using , is it a SAP standard one ?

Secondly at the time of printing in the printer setting please ensure that you have not marked the option , delete after print. ( Spool settings ) .

check and revert .
