Planning grants in FM

Dear,

After creating budget for a specific grant in FMBB, the budget amount in GM on the grant is not seen.

On the other side, in FM, the budget reports shows the amount relatively to this grant.

I was also expecting that GMderive (trace tool activated) would be called when budgeting in FMBB, but this didn't happen. Is this the normal procedure?

Hi, I think you need to integrate BCS and GM, sm30, table V_GMPBCLINK

Hi, Thanks for your message.

This table is the link with PBC. Anyway when you activate GM with FM, this link is also activated.

So in your case do you have the badi that allows grants being budgeted in FM activated? Does it updates the budget in GM?
