Multiple Year Opening

Hi,

Is it possible in FM to open two fiscal years at a time?  My client wants to open the last few months of previous fiscal year plus first period of current month. can this be done in FM? in FI we can achieve this by specifying range in OB52. But there is no range available in FMIR. Is there a work around for this?

Hi,

FM has no restrictions on year/period opening. In FMIR you don't manage it by ranges, but by creating a row for each year, i.e.

XXXX 2013 Periods 9-12

XXXX 2014 Periods 0-2
