Message no. BP714 In document item ... commitment budget

Dear SDN,

when I post a document I get Erore Msg no. BP714 although budget is availible.

If I increase the amount over the budget I get Message no. FMAVC005 :"Annual budget exceeded by 19,000.00 EUR (FM

CB Availability Control) for document item 00010"

If I decrease the amount over the budget I get Message no. BP714 :"In document item 010 commitment

budget for fiscal year 2007 was exceeded by 900 EUR."

I expect to get only Message no. FMAVC005 because the released Budget

is :1000

Please advise,
