Integratio with Real Estae

Dear SDN,

we have real estae in our project .

We couldn't derive the fund center when we posted an accounting document to real estate object (building) althoug we we assighned it to a Fund Center.

Hi Salud2

Some of the notes are included and some not relevant.

When we create RE object we assign it to an FM object . when we post a document we don't derive the FM object I don't have a function module like in other objects (asset or gl etc')

Please advise

Hi,

I am not sure if this solves your question. But we had the same problem when we were implementing. Check the G/L account master data to which you are posting. In the G/L account master, check the Commitment Item and default this fund cener in the Commitment Item master. And it worked for us.

Hi,

1 - Open an OSS message.

2 - You can always derive the Funds Center from the building through your own derivations. You have the building available in your source fields, and you can use an enhancement (I think a table lookup is not enough) to get its Funds Center.

hello ahaf,

At the end we use an enhacment for deriving the fund center . table look up is not enogh in this case because it involvoes more then one table and a bit of a logic.

but trew the enhacment it works very well,
