How to link maintenance order with the fund center

Hello All

We required BCS to have departmetn wise budgetary control.

The maintenance department has its own budget that needs to be check at the time of maintenance departmetn activities like procrument , labour exp etc.

There are some automatic generated Maintenance order where we cannot manually put budget is there any way to put the budget on maintenence order.

Hi,

The budget is always put on FM objects, e.g. fund centre, commitment item, fund, etc. You can develop derivation strategy via FMDERIVE to exract the releavnt budget objects based on the transaction parameters. For maintenance orders, don't forget to activate the integration between PM and FM.
