FMX1 reflect in LEDGER 9F e 9G

Dear Sspecialist.

Enables the BCS FM in This Budget with payment and obligations (9F e 9G), when posting specific realeases in fm (6.04) transaction FMX1 for example , is not asking the categorias of flag only the Budget Payment) , In doing this the same category only reflects 9F.

OK... So, FMX1 (reservation) should update 9B ledger (corresponding to 9G in budget) and, optionally - on request - 9A ledger. What exactly happens in your case?

Dear Eli, thanks for the answers you have given me.

When we execute the transaction and requested that no fmx1 ledger and when recorded the resource reservation, only the ledger 9I being recorded. By FMB_PT01 not go in this report appearing in the resource reservation ledger 9H.

9I, i.e. AVC ledger for commitment budget? Well, that's correct: by default, EMF (earmarked fund) updates only commitment ledger.

Small correction: Even this will work only with special profile 00300. For 00350 only commitment budget is updated by definition of the profile. There is no way to change it, but creating your own update profile, which is highly not recommened by SAP.

Hi, FMX1 and FMZ1 with update profile updates only Commitment budget

Moderator: this statement valid for standard profiles; there are special profiles developed by SAP (e.g. for EU) which allow to consume payment budget as well
