FMJ2 : No open items to be carried forward found FMCF 200

Hi,

Passing to a new year, I had to do the FI document of 54’s type in the commitment carryforward by FMJ2.

The most documents were carryforwarded with success but some FI document resisted and gave me the message such that “No open items to be carried forward found”. I checked some essential fields of the document which seem to be normal in FMIFIIT (PAYFLG = space; FMVOR = space; CFSTAT = ‘00’)

I didn’t know why.

Did someone had the same problem as mine?

Hi,

You have to provide more details. It would be better if you posted a screenshot from FMIFIIT.This is not unusual with carry-forward of big volumes and require thorough analysis of the documents in question.

Do you have some special conditions in your CF strategy? Some checks, user-exists?

These items are fully reversed: you can see 0100 amount type along with 0200 type, which is resulted in zero balance on each line. Also, I see that these items are statistical (STATS = 'X'). Why would you need to carry-forward them as they have no impact on the budget?

Hi Eli,

I wanted to carry-forward this document for many reasons

-change of fund center/functionnal area

-Make F-04 in Finance

I found an other way to solve my problem. You don’t care about it.

Since, these are fully closed items, you should use FMJ0 transaction and not FMJ2.

I did not know FMJ0. What difference is between FMJ0 and FMJ2 ?

FMJ0 carries-forward fully closed items.
