FMCB not working for Purchase requisition

Hello

I am trying to run FMCB for a purchase requisition and nothing is happening. Document does not seems to be picked by the program. Nothing gets populated

Although I indicated Reference Document Category 010 item 10 doc number company code and fiscal year.
