FMBBC Transaction code

Hi Experts,

My clinet having more than 200 fund centres and 100 committments items and recently we have implemented BCS. Is it possible create any LSMW or BDC to upload the Budget values for FMBBC

Very simple

Put the file in Excel

Do CTRL+C copy

Go in the screen of FMBB and CTRL+V

Rely me it works

Hi,

You can use SAP standard transaction FMPLUP to upload planning data from Excel and then convert the planning data to budget data using transaction FMCYLOAD.

Thanks alot ! Now i am suggest to my technical team to use same BAPI to upload budgeted values in SAP.But in test case below mentioned return message are appeared for same BAPI.

Hi Suma, are you trying to post a document with process PREP?

This BAPI only allows you to use the same options as entry document transactions.

At total level you can use BAPI_0051_UPDATE or rather try the planning option using excel.
