Solved: Error during changing Commitment Item

Hi all,

Need urgent help.

While creating the commitment item I forgot to tick "statistical commitment item". So after saving when I tried to tick it I am getting below error:

Function module call up error: KBPS_FIND_LEDGER parameter: NO WAERS

Message no. BP001

Please help me solve this. Even if I try to delete the same error comes up. We have not posted anything into that CI.

We are in ECC 6, EHP5. Please help.

Hi,

The system is unable to find the ledger. The function module requires the Currency Key (WAERS). In this case the currency should come from the FM Area. Have you entered the FM Area? Also have you maintained the FM Area Currency in Enterprise Structure> Financial Accounting> Maintain FM Area?
