Deactive Fund in BCS

Hi All,

We are using the fund for period wise budget control. But when we enter KP98 the system gives error with message no F6097. 1000 controlling area is assigned to 2 FM area.

If am I deactive fund in SPRO will it inconsistence in the system?? We are on live system during 10 months.
