Custom derivation error messages?

Hello forumies! How are you?

I have one doubt about the derivation error messages (all of them; e.g. or )

Is it possible the message customization ?

For example, if I made a derivation rule that sent "ABADR101" error (Error ocurred in derivation rule. See long text), how would I change that error message?

I thought in .

If someone knew a Exit for this messages, maybe an abaper would call de "name" step (derivation rule) and change the "standar" error message by a "custom" error message. That would be posible?

Hi Osvaldo,

You can change the text of a standard message if you want (via SE61), but I don't think you will be able to get rid of it without modifiying standard code.
