Commitment item does not exist

during MB21 manual reservation.

System is giving below error, I have noticed that the issue is with

commitment items more than length of 13 character/ numbers, please help:

Commitment item 00000000000029 does not exist

   Message no. F6039

Diagnosis

   In the table FMFXPO for the commitment item 00000000000029 no

assigned FIPOS was found.

How do I solve this problem, please help

We are not using grants management at all. This is PSM-FM- BCS. We are using funds reservation.
