Budget upload not reflecting in superior Funds center

Hi,

I have created a Funds center hierarchy and also created a superior funds center. We are using Budget control system. I am performing the following steps, but still the budget is not reflecting in superior funds center

1. Create superior funds center in FMSA

2. Assign Funds center in Hierarchy in FMSD

3. Assign Hierarchy variant to FM are in FMSG

4. Inactive the Error message in Tolerance profile

5. Extract the Budget entry documents using FMEDDW

6. Reverse the document using FMDOCREV

7. Upload the budget again

When i upload the budget, the system has to show the budget in superior funds center which is not reflecting.

We are not using budget structure here. Require some help on this

Hi,

Budget will not be 'reflected' in superior objects, unless you have budget structure and proper derivation strategy.

Eli

Hi Eli,

I have already maintained the derivation for control objects. But still it is not reflected. Do i have to generate Budget & posting address?

For control objects, it will be reflected only in the reports looking at control objects, e.g.

FMAVCR01 - Overview of Annual Values

Hi Eli,

Even for the control objects it was not reflecting. Do i need to generate budget & posting address in budget structure?

If you have strategy correctly defined and AVC ledger is initialized, it should show up.

Hi Eli,

I have maintained the strategy for control objects as below:

Source:
ACO_ADDRESS - RCMMTITEM (Commitment item)

ACO_ADDRESS - RFUNDSCTR (Funds Center)

Target:

HELP_FIELDS - USERFUNDSCTR (Funds Center)

HELP_FIELDS - USERFCVARNT (Funds Center hierarchy)

I have also provided the overwrite option in the Target fields. And i have also reinitialized the AVC ledgers using FMAVCREINIT. But still couldn't achieve this

Please reply

I don't see from your printscreen that you take superior fund centre.

Hi Eli,

Now am able to correct it. Now i need a report similar to FMRP_RW_BUDCON (Budget consumption report). Can you suggest something other than FMAVCR01

Like what? 🙂 These two reports are built differently. Controlling objects can be seen only in FMAVCR01. If you want to see your budget differently, you should consider revision of your structure.
