Budget Period Auth. object is not present in Authorization object F_FICA_TRG neither in F_FMBU_ACC

Hello

My customer needs to build authorization based on budget address in which Budget Period (Field = FM_BUDGET_PERIOD) is part of it. Budget Period has an authorization group = FM_BPD_AUTHGR.

Problem this authorization is not available in authorization object neither in :

  • F_FICA_TRG (used group of authorization on combination of : Activity of authorizations/Financial Area/Authorization group for Funds/for Funds Center and for Commitment items), neither in
  • F_FMBU_ACC (used because of BCS activated which is check authorization on Activity of authorizations/Financial Area/Authorization group for Funds/for Funds Center/Commitment items / Functional Area / Measure and Grants)

So how to add this authorization object inside the both mentioned before especially if Budget Period represent in FM the Budget Exercise (Year) and you would like to keep a trace of what have been allowed in terms of authorization to budget address per budget year.
