the system is not checking the budget againt release amount. but my system is checking the budget on entered amount not on realased.

Hi,

Should you need to use a Release Scenario, you would customize it in this IMG Activity:

Budget Control System (BCS)/Basic Settings/Definition of Budget Data/Budget Releases

There, you can configure a Release Scenario according to your needs (per fund type, per fund....)

I hope I have correctly understood your question..

I configured the filter setting as Budget, it should be budget or relased as per fund setting.
