We bill certain customer services upfront on a annual billing basis. These hours are use it or lose it basis for the billed period Example 20 hours billed for 01.01.2022 - 12.31.2022

These hours need to be tracked as consumed and any overage above 20 hours need to be billed at an agreed upon rate. Checking to see if anyone has come across the Same Billing solutions

Hi Ram - You could consider creating a project-specific pricing condition that uses a discount scale where a 100pct discount would apply up to the level of the hours provided for the fixed fee, beyond which a 0% discount would apply and normal T&E rates would be applied. This calculation would be specific to each Resource-Related Billing DMR and would work fine if you run RRB once at the end of the project to calculate the final bill.
