Where can I create Partner Role type (TSW003-supplier) for TSW

HI IS OIL Expertise,

1. Where can I create Partner Role type (TSW003-supplier) for TSW?

Because while creating partner role @T Code: O4TQ @ Role Assignment” TSW003-supplier” not available on drop-down list. 

please do needful on this.

Hi,

You are trying to maintain Partner role for a customer. hence TSW003 will not show up in the list of available roles types drop down. you will have to select as Vendor in the initial screen of O4TQ, and then proceed. Then you may find the TSW003 partner type. This partner type is for Suppliers (Vendors), not customer.

Thanks you so much for valuable suggestion and spent time on my concern.

Its resolved the partner role issue now, however once more issue reaming  to complete the Nomination in TSW.

while creating Nomination getting error msg like.. '' Location 110 not found"   Message no OIJ_IF055.

Could you please suggest me on this.

Did You follow the process for TSW master data Creation ?

Like Transport system , location master , assignment of material and location to TS , partner profile Creation

Thanks for the reply, sorry for the delayed my side as i was out of station.

even i tried to resolve the issue (location ID not found) but i couldn't, configuration part it seems ok.

Created  Location, TS, Partner Role

Assignments:

Locations ID to TS

Material to Loc. ID@TS

Role Type,TS, Loc.ID to Partner Role

Scenario : PIPELINE ( Plant to customer )

Suppler is PLANT/PIPELINE

Receiver is Customer

TS : PIPELINE

Please let me know do you need any more info to resolve the issue.

  As you know that Partner Role is -

"The master data record of a partner role is used to define a business partner. The partner role includes information about the activities that the business partner can carry out and where the business partner carries out these activities. Stock-holding objects, such as plants and storage locations can also be defined as partner roles."

According to your screen shot and question, you want to define the TSW003 which only shown when you enter Vendor code in initial screen i.e. O4TQ.

First check that have u created the Location ID 110 and assign it in Transport System or not? If not , then please check the master data for Location ID.
