Unable to upload Well Test Data in PRA module using the transaction O3U_WLT

Dear all,

I am not being able to update the table OIU_PR_WCTST in the PRA module. When transaction O3U_WLTS1 is used to upload the well test data it is unable to update the table OIU_PR_WCTST and it generates an express document as "Update Terminated".

Please, let me know if any one has encountered a similar problem and knows why it happens and how to solve it.

regards

Purnima

This is because the numbers generated for the field WCTST_NO are exhausted and old numbers are being regenerated.

To solve the problem of number ranges do the following:

Go to transaction SNRO

Enter object OIU_DOCNR

Click on Number Ranges button

Click on Status

Change the current number of the Well Test (WT) to a different value (as shown in the example)

Example: If the range for the current year is 0700000000 to 0799999999 and current number is 710014694, change the current number to 0800000000.

To prevent the numbers getting exhausted quickly, maintain a low buffer size.

To change the buffer size:

Go to transaction SNRO

Enter object OIU_DOCNR

Click on Edit

Change the number of numbers in buffer to a low value (say 5 or 10)
