TSW being triggered for sales order type that is not required

Hi Experts,

We are facing an issue with TSW.  For a sales order type that does not require TSW, TSW is being triggered and causing a dump on duplicates while trying to update the table OIJ_EL_DOC_M_MOT.

Could you please help identify how not to trigger TSW for a particular sales order type?

TSW = Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench

Hi,

Please check configuration path - TSW(Traders & Scheduler's workbench) -> Basic Functions -> TSW Details -> Activate TSW Screens in Sales Documents.

If the mentioned configuration is ok then please check whether any enhancement was done recently. Are you facing this issue recently? How was the system earlier?

Also check this setting

for Industry Solution Oil & Gas (Downstream) -> Cross-Application Components  ->  General Settings  ®  Document Relevance  ->  Define SD Relevance. Here if Carrier ticket (3) as the application is selected, then  its tsw relevant

Thanks for your help.  The problem has been solved.  The table YMM_OIJ_DET_D had to be refreshed.
