When I try to print or view a report the output is shown with a comma instead of a period in decimal interest (ie 0,01373291 instead of 0.01373291). I have looked at different configuration settings but have not solved the problem.

The report is displaying the data in the user default setting.
From the top menu select System-User Profile-Own Data. In the maintain user profile screen, click the defaults tab and change the decimal notation. Save and exit.
You will need to logoff SAP and log back on for the changes to take effect.
