Hi TSW Experts,
We work for an oil and gas client. where the requirement is to add three custom QCI parameters and use them in Add. UOM tab on ticket creation.
After our configuration on QCI parameters, we defined conversion group and reading group.
we have assigned the parameters on reading group. and assigned the conversion group and reading group mapping.
Now the issue is when we enter values on the fields, system neither captures the value or hold the value. it always clears when hitting on enter.
Could you please suggest where we have taken a wrong step and help us to resolve the issue.
